Laser Machinery Operator

Job Description and Responsibilities
Perform typical laser cutting and programming operations.
Select proper cutting programs and proper fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints, process sketches, and understanding measuring instruments.
Edit programs to accomplish offset and part nesting.
Maintain inspection equipment and all support equipment necessary to complete jobs on Laser.
Perform all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance as required.
Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up laser machine.
Use precision instruments to check tolerances and quality of parts.
Other duties, as may be assigned, or as required by the business.
